Modifying Your Ad

To modify your ad, please click on the Edit Ads link from the black navigation bar. You will be prompted to logon. Once you have logged on to the system using your username and password, you will be asked whether you want to modify/renew an ad, delete an ad, or add/edit a multimedia file (photo). To modify your ad, choose the Modify/Renew Ad button. On the next page, enter your Ad Number in the form and click on the Submit button. If you entered it correctly, the system will display your ad, along with a form that contains all of your current information already filled in. You can simply modify whatever fields you wish to change and then click on the "Submit Modifications" button. Once your ad has been modified, the system will display a successful modification notice.

Deleting Ads

To delete your ad, please click on the Edit Ads link from the navigation bar. You will be prompted to logon. Once you have logged onto the system using your username and password, you will be asked whether you want to modify/renew an ad, delete an ad, or add/edit a multimedia file (photo). Click on "Delete Ad". Then you will be prompted for the Ad Number of your ad. Enter your Ad Number in the form and click on the "Search For Ad to Delete" button. If you entered it correctly, the system will ask you to confirm that you want to delete this ad. If you are sure that you want to delete it, click on the Submit button. Once your ad has been deleted, the system will display a successful deletion notice.

Renewing Your Ads

To renew your ad, please click on the Edit Ads link from the navigation bar. You will be prompted to logon. Once you have logged onto the system using your username and password, you will be asked whether you want to modify/renew an ad, delete an ad, or or add/edit a multimedia file (photo). To renew your ad, choose the Modify/Renew Ad button. On the next page, enter your Ad Number in the form and click on the Submit button. If you entered it correctly, the system will display your ad, along with a form that contains all of your current information already filled in. To renew your ad, go to the Renewal Options sections and check the box if you want to renew your ad. Please note that each ad is limited to a maximum of 12 renewals, so you should renew your ad only when it is about to expire. Once you have checked this box, click on the "Submit Modifications" button. Once your ad has been renewed, the system will display a successful modification notice.

Adding or Changing a Photo in Your Ad

To add or change the photo in your ad, please click on the Edit Ads link from the navigation bar. You will be prompted to logon. Once you have logged onto the system using your username and password, you will be asked whether you want to modify/renew an ad, delete an ad, or add/edit a multimedia file (photo). To add a photo your ad, choose the Add/Edit a Multimedia File button. On the next page, enter your Ad Number in the form and click on the Browse button to select a file from your local computer to upload for inclusion in the ad. Once you have done so, click on the "Upload a Multimedia File to your Ad" button to upload the photo to your ad. Since the program will be uploading a file, it may take a couple of minutes, depending on the size of the photo and the speed of your Internet connection.

- Maximum File Size of Uploaded Photos:
150,000 bytes (150 KB) is the maximum image file (photo) size that you can upload.

- Maximum Width and Height of Uploaded Photos:
500 x 500 is the maximum width x height (in pixels) that you can upload.

In order to delete a photo, choose the Delete Multimedia file button. On the next page, enter your Ad Number. Your photo(s) will then be diplayed with the option to check the image and delete it.

Cannot Upload A Photo?

If your photo exceeds the maximum file size (150,000 bytes/150KB) or width/height requirements (500 x 500 pixels), the system will not accept it and you will get an "Upload Error" message. You will then need to resize the photo using photo editing software and try again. At this point, you have already posted your ad without the photo, so you can come back at any time and modify your ad to include the photo when it is convenient.
